This policy explains how Qbrains – Aslanidis Iraklis (“StreamWithQ”, a division of Qbrains), Parmenidou 4, Ano Toumba, 543 52 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT EL116718017, acting as data controller, processes personal data. Contact: contact@qbrains.gr.

1. Data we collect

Account & billing: name, company, email, phone, country, billing address, VAT number.
Payments: processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
Service data: station/channel settings, uploaded media, logs and aggregated listener/viewer statistics (IP addresses of listeners are processed in server logs for delivery and statistics).
Enquiries: information you send through our contact form.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Providing and billing the Services – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Security, fraud prevention and service improvement – legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Marketing emails – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Processors

We use carefully selected processors: Cloudflare (website hosting & CDN), Stripe (payments), Hetzner Online (streaming servers in Germany/Finland), our email delivery provider and, for video, our CDN partner. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while you are a customer and up to 5 years afterwards for legal and tax purposes. Service logs are kept for up to 90 days. Enquiries without an order are deleted after 24 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing. Contact us at contact@qbrains.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the site to work (keeping you logged in, checkout security). They do not require consent.

With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure how the site is used, with IP anonymisation, and – only if you enable marketing cookies – ad measurement cookies. We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics scripts are not loaded until you accept. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
